> Excessive gore / NSFW in general, Non-sexual male nudity
> Political statements, Political themed Characters, etc.
> Human/Anthro/Feral Porn, Pedophillia, Necrophillia, Incest, Rape, Abuse of ANY kind, Racism, Sexism, Ablesim, etc. Honestly if you just come to me about any of these things I will block you.

> Some pieces do also depend on the complexity of the character, so if I do not think I can do it I will let you know.
> Payments for commissions will be sent AFTER the sketch is completed through my payment methods. (Paypal)
> IF I SELL/GIVE YOU A CUSTOM OR AN ADOPT. DO NOT DELETE THE ORIGINAL ART IF YOU PLAN TO REDESIGN, JUST LABEL THEM AS OLD DESIGN!! I would prefer that my art can be seen. If you want to hide the images let me know, but do not delete it completely.
> I have the right to decline any form of commission if it's not something I am comfortable with, along with any type of harassment you send my way. This is my job and I will not tolerate any kind of negative behavior from anyone.
> I also do NOT support NFTs nor will I allow my art to be used or sold as an NFT. I do NOT support my art being used to train AI or used to make AI Art. I will discuss with my legal team if such occurs.

REFUNDS
I'll give a full refund if...
> The commission has not started at all or it's past the time frame that was given to you.
> A money issue or an emergency comes up and you need the money back. I do not mind because I have been in very familiar circumstances.
> I do not have the confidence to finish it and will give you whatever i finished of the piece.
I'll give half of a refund if...
> I had shown you the sketch already and with approval I am halfway through the piece. I will give you what I got so far along with half of the funds.
I'll not refund you if...
> I had finished the piece already, I do not do free art unless it's for close family and friends or if I'm a bit late on a commission.
> If you get aggressive and threaten me you will get your money back but not the art at all and you will never be able to commission me again.
